My name is Steve Boane.  Thank your for spending some time on my coaching site. I am a leadership coach with real world, SMB experience. I have sat where you are sitting all the way from garage startup to strategic exit.  I have worked in investment banking and private equity so I have experience being a professional investor in SMBs.  I offer the opportunity for you to talk about your business and where you want to go on a peer-to-peer basis -- without judgement and solely for your benefit.

People in the top slot at a small or medium sized business ("SMB") have a lot coming at them every day.  I have a real appreciation for the anyone who decides to take the risk of business ownership and operational leadership.  ​The corporate world and academia can prepare you only so far in terms of owning and operating a business.  Much of what you need to know is learned by doing, by reading, or by watching others. 

 

Business ownership is designed to provide income but rarely satisfaction.  There is no one at your company that you can (or should) rely on for in depth discussions about what is going on with you. By engaging with me you get real, actionable discussions with and insights from an experienced owner, operator, and coach to help you and your business thrive.​  You will find our conversations are substantive and solution oriented.
